3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 11 years old. Minors are advised to transact with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Products, services, and prices
- Products are top ups, subscriptions, and digital services. Descriptions, availability, and prices are shown on each product page.
- All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices and availability may change at any time; the price at the moment the order is placed applies.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, or signs of misuse.
5. Ordering and payment
- Orders are placed by providing your name, email, WhatsApp number, and a note or target ID if needed.
- Every order has a unique code. Pay the amount and follow the instructions shown on the order page.
- Payments may be processed through a third-party payment service provider. Available methods are shown at payment.
- An order is valid once payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
- Automatic products are delivered once payment is confirmed and shown on the order page.
- Manually done services start after payment is confirmed and we contact you on WhatsApp.
- If a delivery problem occurs, it is handled within 3×24 business hours at most after the report is received.
- You are responsible for keeping your order page address and the delivered product confidential.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
- resell products or service results, including acting as a reseller or dropshipper;
- use products or services for fraud, money laundering, hacking, or any other unlawful activity;
- share subscription access beyond what the product description allows;
- disrupt, automatically scan, or attempt to break into this site.
Violations may lead to order cancellation or service termination without a refund.
8. Refund policy
All transactions are final and non-refundable. The full explanation and how we handle problems are in the Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The name, logo, design, and content of this site belong to Rann Shop. Third-party trademarks shown on products belong to their respective owners. Content may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Privacy and personal data
- Data we collect: name, email, WhatsApp number, order notes, and transaction history.
- How we use it: to process orders, deliver products, give support, and prevent misuse.
- Sharing: we do not sell your data. It is shared only as needed with payment providers or when required by law.
- Retention: data is kept as long as needed for service and record keeping.

11. Limitation of liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we are not liable for indirect losses, disruptions at third parties (game providers, subscription platforms, payment providers), or losses caused by the buyer's input mistakes. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version applies from the moment it is published on this page, and the update date is shown at the top.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled through discussion. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved before the competent court in Palangka Raya.
